Introduction of three process characteristics of diamond saw blade:

        1, sintered diamond saw blade: cold pressure sintering and hot pressure sintering these two kinds, pressure sintering.
        2. Welding diamond saw blades: high-frequency welding and laser welding;

        High frequency welding is to weld the tool head and the substrate together through the medium of high temperature melting.Laser welding is a metallurgical process in which the tool head and the contact edge of the matrix are melted by a high-temperature laser beam.

        　3. Electroplating (brazing) diamond saw blade: the powder of the tool head is attached to the substrate by electroplating method.
