1, the correct choice of cutting machine

2. Correct installation

The installation accuracy of diamond circular saw blade is closely related to the cutting efficiency, cutting quality and service life of the saw blade. After installation, ensure the smooth operation of the saw blade in the cutting process without vibration (except for the influence of the quality of the saw blade and the rigidity of the cutting machine).

When installing the saw blade, first make sure that the direction of the cutting edge indicated on the saw blade is consistent with the direction of rotation of the cutting spindle; In order to clean the contact surface between the saw blade mounting hole, cutting machine spindle and flange, it is necessary to ensure that the contact between them is smooth and good. Flange diameter should be reasonable choice with the size of the saw blade diameter. If the flange is too small, the end face of the saw blade will be offset greatly in use. If the flange is too large, the weight of the spindle will be increased, which will also increase the runout and reduce the processing depth of the material at the same time.

After the installation of saw blade, flange runout value must reach the specified value before use.

3, reasonable choice of cutting parameters

A. coolant

The use of coolant has two functions: one is to play a cooling role. Due to the friction and impact between the circular saw blade and the stone in the cutting process, a large amount of heat is generated on the cutting surface, while the heat dissipation of the stone is poor, so that most of the heat is absorbed by the saw blade, especially the diamond blade, which is the first to bear the brunt. In this way, diamond graphitization is easily caused, and the blade is also easy to burn and fall off. At the same time, the steel matrix is prone to thermal deformation and cracking at the root of the nozzle. With a large amount of coolant continued from the blade before and after and on both sides of the uniform spray to the incision, it will play a good role in cooling and protection of the blade; Another use of the coolant is chip flushing. When the coolant rushes to the notch at a certain pressure (generally, the hydraulic pressure is required to be greater than 0.1mpa), a large number of material chips will be taken away, which is of great benefit to reduce the secondary wear of the chip on the diamond tool head and matrix. In addition, if emulsified coolant is used, the hydrophilic and hydrophilic properties of the emulsifier can make the blade surface and rock surface adhere to a layer of lubricating oil film, which can reduce the friction coefficient during sawing, thus reducing cutting resistance and vibration. B. linear speed of saw blade

The linear velocity of diamond circular saw blade has a great influence on cutting. Too low or too high linear velocity will accelerate the wear of diamond blade, accelerate the abnormal wear of saw blade, and reduce the cutting efficiency. This is because when the cutting speed is very low, the contact time between the diamond head on the saw blade and the material increases correspondingly during each cutting, which intensifies the friction, increases the heat, and worsens the heat dissipation and cooling conditions, and aggravates the loss of the saw blade. And linear speed is too high, the single grain diamond cutting depth per unit time is reduced, the rock friction and wear of diamond will reduce, but at the moment, the diamond cutter and cut material of interaction between dynamic load increase, not only make the diamond is impacted by the mechanical loss increase, cataclastic and falls off easily because of the diamond also increase the wear and tear.

The harder the material is cut, the saw blade linear speed should be low; The cut material is soft or abrasive, the linear speed should be used more. Under certain other conditions, diamond circular saw blades always have an optimal linear velocity. For example, for medium and large diameter circular saw blades, they are used for cutting high quartz content granite or group saws at 25 ~ 30m/s, low quartz content granite at 30 ~ 40m/s, marble at 40 ~ 50m/s, limestone at 45 ~ 60m/s and sandstone at 40 ~ 65m/s.

C. cutting productivity

Cutting productivity, or cutting efficiency, is the product of the cutting depth of the saw blade and the feed speed, that is, the sectional area of the cutting material per unit time, expressed in cm2/min or m2/hr.

Practice shows that for the same material, while improving the cutting depth and feed speed, although can improve the cutting productivity, but the abnormal wear of the saw blade is also intensified, the service life will decline, and the sawing power is also increased, so it increases the cost of cutting. In general, cutting soft materials or strong abrasive materials can be used for a molding cutting; The middle diameter saw blade is mostly used for cutting the plate, and it is mostly used for one cut. And in hard above granite should use step - by - step cut. When the cutting depth is determined, the rate of output and input can be converted under certain cutting productivity. In addition, when the power is low or precision cutting requirements, it is appropriate to choose a lower cutting productivity; Use higher power or rough cutting, the use of cutting productivity should be higher. It should also be pointed out that, in the case of a given cutting productivity, the size of the feed speed has a great impact on the wear of the saw blade: too high a feed speed will speed up the wear of the tool tip binder, resulting in premature diamond shedding; When the feed speed is too low, the binder matrix wears slowly, and the diamond is not easy to be edged or polished, which leads to increased cutting resistance, increased power consumption and decreased cutting productivity.

In actual operation, the speed of feeding, returning and discharging should be slow; The cutting speed should be even; The blade should run smoothly and reduce vibration.
